Can I export another Page’s data?
No. You can only export comments from Facebook Pages or linked Instagram professional accounts you own or are authorized to manage as an admin. Comment Export Tool uses Meta’s official APIs and the access you authorize. It cannot export comments from Pages or accounts you do not manage, even if their posts are public.
